Creative Nonfiction

So far I’ve been focusing on the Memoir.  Students write both a personal memoir (warmup) and then interview a family member and write a memoir from another person’s point of view. 

Here’s my students’ Creative Writing Page.  It’s still messy, but I hope to clean it up this weekend!

I transitioned to poetry using the 6 Word Memoirs!  It didn’t go over as well as I had hoped, but I think I may have lacked enthusiasm that day, so I’m going to take responsibility for it! 🙂
